Guess what? It’s almost that time of year again—the time when the man in red rolls into town for a quick visit to some of my littlest clients, and we invite you to join in the fun with our 2026 Tallahassee Santa Photography Sessions! These sessions have become a favorite tradition for so many, and we’re so excited to be bringing the magic back for an 9th year!

We’re keeping the tradition of the clean white walls—so many families love using this for their holiday cards and as a yearly keepsake.

Last year we introduced the option to add on a quick family photo during your 2026 Tallahassee Santa Photography Sessions. This was well received and we’re offering it again this year. This photo can be with or without Santa.

The Details

  1. Each session includes 5 minutes with Santa, 3 digital files included. I know from experience this is enough time to have magical interactions and create great photos. This is the sweet spot. Children are happy with this amount of time and our Santa is able to be at his best for them.
  2. Photos will be ready within 2 weeks of the event date with your images delivered in an online preview gallery for sharing, downloading your included 3 images, and ordering prints if desired. I’ll be a fly on the wall photographing their interaction and then we’ll do some directed pictures with Santa.
  3. Santa photos are just for the kids. Because of the nature of these sessions, there are no reshoots or refunds for late arrival/uncooperative kids. Santa is a 30+ year registered nurse, excellent with children, and will prepare for your child ahead of time.
  4. Families with more than 4 children must schedule two sessions for longer time with Santa.
  5. You must fill out a short questionnaire about your child PRIOR to your session so Santa can be ready (will be emailed to you after booking)
  6. I will be photographing multiple families, in each fifteen minute slot, in the order the arrive. For example, if you are scheduled at 12:00pm, there are two other families at the same time. I will photograph you as you arrive, so you may take pictures the last five minutes of that fifteen minute slot or the first five minutes. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, plan to wait until your scheduled time for your photos. We won’t be photographing you before your scheduled time even if you arrived much earlier. I hope this makes sense! Basically, please don’t worry-we have it all planned out and under control, and you won’t wait long.

Add-On Options to Make the Most of your 2026 Tallahassee Santa Photography Sessions

  • ADD-ON Family Photo Option! Based on feedback from many families, we have added the option to add-on a family picture to your Santa session during your reservation process. Please note that the family picture will only include immediate family members and does not include Santa. This upgrade includes 1 digital file of your family photo to download from your gallery. Your family picture will take place during your 2026 Tallahassee Santa Photography Sessions/time—a quick and easy way to get that one family picture you need for holiday cards, the year, season, etc.
  • Pre-purchase the full gallery upgrade for $100 off. Can’t narrow it down to 3 Santa photos you love? You can pre-purchase the full gallery download so you’ll be able to download all of your Santa images. If you also opted to take advantage of the Family Photo ad on, those images are included in this full gallery download.
  • A custom video from Santa for your little one, delivered in December. A Santa-gram! Approximately 30-60 seconds wishing your child *by name* a Merry Christmas and any other sentiments you’d like him to include.
  • MY BIGGEST SUGGESTIONS/MOM HACK: As a mom of 4, we are a busy family but I don’t want to skimp on experiences. If you know you’ll want to do Santa and family photos this year but don’t think you can manage to do a full family session. I HIGHLY suggest taking advantage of both the add-on options (family photo and the full gallery upgrade). This just checks so many boxes in such an easy experience. To keep it simple, here’s the breakdown: your littles get the Santa experience, you get the family photos (with the help of Santa *literally* over my shoulder helping get the best smiles and bribes, and then it’s all done! Total investment for this option (with the add-ons) is $495 and you’ll have all your photos to download to make your Christmas cards by mid-November.

I have been thinking a lot lately about the locations I keep coming back to, and what it is about them that works. Some are outdoors with gorgeous natural canopy and soft, open light. Some are quieter, more tucked away. Some I discovered by accident and now I wouldn`t trade them.

What they all have in common is this: they feel true to the families I photograph here in Tallahassee and the surrounding area. Unhurried. Warm. Real. Give me all the "old Florida" vibes.

Editing isn’t about fixing something that went wrong, it’s the last step in creating the image. The light, the color, the feeling. It all comes together in the edit.

Raw files are a little like unfinished film negatives. They’re where we start, not where we land. What you receive is the image as it was always meant to look.

This is the part of the work I genuinely love. And it shows up in every single image I deliver.
