What can I say? This family is so dear to me. I met them when their two oldest were infants and I had a baby their same age. We’ve been through this season of life together. All that motherhood has to offer, it’s ups and downs, joys and sorrows, frustrations and triumphs. It’s such a journey.
Years ago, as a new mommy, I prayed specifically that the Lord would provide a family, likeminded in their parenting, with children the same ages, who would all get along together (and oh, boy, the stories I could tell), to go through this life with. I prayed for a deep deep fellowship. I needed it so badly. It never ceases to amaze me just how perfectly He answered that cry of my heart. Seeing these images of these five, a bed full of precious children, with another one inside, brings so much joy to my heart. Ya’ll, God is so very good.
