The cool spring air and pastel sunlight was a beautiful combination for these maternity session pictures. Brock and Emily chose the dripping Spanish moss oak trees of Southwood as the backdrop for their photos.

They’re welcoming their first baby in a few short weeks and wanted to remember this season of anticipation with photographs. I love this session. It’s soft and sweet, alive and timeless.

Tonight I had the first session of the year! It was beautiful. I’m not sure if I love this warm January or not, but it sure made this maternity session more comfortable.
