This family was such fun to photograph this weekend. Their little daughter is one of my girls’ best buddies and she was full of energy for her session.

How do we do it? How do we get so much timeless, innocent, childhood magic in one quick interaction?
It’s a well practiced process and Santa and I have it down.
We’ve slowed it down a bit to give a “behind the scenes” of what a session is like. Although these sessions are only 4-5 minutes, as you’ll see, they feel like time stops just for your child with Santa… and all the while, I’m there capturing it all beautifully in frozen bits of time.
